As an accomplished web site developer with demonstrated skill in the creation and management of public and corporate web sites, Blair possesses expert ability to focus your web presence on who you are and how you can serve your customer.

Blair worked for First Citizens Bank from 1994 through 2007. During his tenure, Blair worked his way to become the company Webmaster. In this position, Blair managed the public web sites for First Citizens Bank, IronStone Bank and Waccamaw Bank as well as the intranet (corporate) sites for First Citizens Bank and IronStone Bank. He was the driving force behind all redesigns, enhancements and changes. In addition, Blair is a successful developer of applications that improve, streamline and simplify processes.

He is a graduate of East Carolina University School of Business. He resides in Virginia Beach with his wife and four children.
