Our President has

• 8+ years of web development and design experience
• Offered colleagues and customers the personal service of someone sitting right there with them. 
• Worked on projects large and small, simultaneously – redesigning public web sites, redesigning intranet (corporate) sites and training non-technical people to maintain their web site content. 
• Managed six major successful redesigns of the First Citizens Bank public web site within eight years.
• Created and managed the First Citizens Bank and IronStone Bank internal web sites from inception through two redesigns.
• Designed the process by which all business units add to the intranet. This included developing the web content educational material, necessary forms, a strategic step-by-step process, and model content. 
• Gathered, refined, and developed content to determine best design and presentation of business unit sites and trained and technically supported content contributors from each business unit.
• Created and maintained a house style for all public and internal web sites, working with (40+) internal content contributors and outsourced services for adherence to those styles to ensure consistent design and functionality.
